Poor customer service,having to chase up complaints over many days to get a response. Customer service referred to handling complaints as 'tedious'! After promising to reach a solution if we were prepared to wait after many calls and messages we were given the option of replacement or refund which we could have had in the first place!
Terrible quality for night price! Thank you Eptihad from customer support team. She did an excellent job getting an approval from the management team to provide me refund of a product that i purchased and was not happy about the quality .She very attentive and fast and took care of my request . I had ordered online these really expensive dinner plates costing Rs 700 per plate. The plates came packed nicely but were old, dirty and full of grime. The golden line on the plates were faded as if someone had used the plate.
